What happens during a call?

The caller hears your greeting (yours, a preset, or a Finnish TTS line you typed), then a beep, then they leave their message. The recording goes to Gemini, which produces a short Finnish or English summary. We text it to whoever forwarded the call.

Do I need an app?

No. We use Finnish mobile-operator call forwarding (the same *21*, ##21# MMI codes your phone already supports). The summary arrives as a plain SMS. No app, no login required to see it.

How fast is the summary?

Typical end-to-end latency is under 30 seconds from when the caller hangs up. We wait for the recording to finish uploading, transcribe, summarise, and send. Longer recordings take a little longer.

What languages are supported?

Finnish and English, auto-detected. The greeting can be either language. The summary is produced in the same language the caller spoke.

What happens if I go over my monthly quota?

Extra summaries are billed per SMS at the rate listed on the plan. Each plan has a hard cap, so a runaway month can never cost more than a known maximum. We email you well before you hit the cap.

Can I try it first?

Yes — Starter includes a 14-day free trial. You can cancel from the billing page at any time, and your dedicated number stays active for the rest of the month.

Where is my data stored?

Everything lives in the EU (Google Cloud europe-north1 — Finland). Call recordings are retained for 14 days for replay then automatically deleted. Summaries stay with you.

Can I add teammates?

Yes. Each subscriber's forwarded calls produce a summary SMS to their own phone. You can add subscribers manually, or let the open mode auto-onboard the first time each colleague forwards a call.
